Dan Robertson has been in the Real Estate business since 1985 and an instructor since 2006. He earned his bachelor degree from Texas Christian University and holds the following Real Estate Designations: Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Real Estate Specialist (CRS), Certified Real Estate Broker (CRB), Certified Residential Real Estate Instructor (CREI), Graduate of Real Estate Institute (GRI) and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES).
He began his career with General Dynamics and LTV as a Manufacturing Systems Analyst. After four years joined Atlantic Richfield Oil Company where he stayed for 16 years advancing to Systems Department Manager in Alaska and Colorado.
In 1985 Dan entered the Real Estate business and was top producing agent with Remax and then with his own Company Park One Realtors. In 1996 he joined the Century 21 System opening offices in Plano, Allen, McKinney, Frisco and The Colony.
In 1998-2003 Dan was involved with the Century 21 Dallas/Fort Worth Broker’s Council and served as President in 2001. From 1985 thru current Dan has been an active member of Collin Association of Realtors and served as President in 2009. Since 2008 to current Dan has been active and is a Life Member in Texas Real Estate Teacher’s Association (TRETA). He currently 2016 Chairperson of the Collin County Association of Realtor's Property Management Committee.
In 2005 he sold Century 21 Realtors and began his teaching career. He was certified by TREC as a Qualifying Education and CE/MCE instructor and later was approved by TREC for Proprietary schools for both Pre-Licensing SAE and Continuing Education CE/MCE).
Dan and his wife, Sheri, now own Park One Property Management and Real Estate Training and Technology Licensing School. Sheri manages the Property Management Company and Dan is an Instructor for the school.
Pete Geisler - Tarrant County Training Facility

Pete Geisler has been in the real estate profession since 1973 and an instructor since 1985. He earned a bachelor degree from Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa and has done postgraduate work in international relations at the University of Iowa and in real estate at Southern Methodist University.
He began his career in commercial real estate and property management and has served on the board of directors of the Dallas Apartment Association and in various capacities on Realtor boards and committees. Former broker/owner of two real estate companies, he currently works for a major Dallas-area brokerage firm. His civic involvement includes serving as past chair of the Best Southwest Economic Development Coalition, chair of Leadership Southwest, chair of the Cedar Hill Chamber of Commerce and past president of the city’s park board.
He is certified by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) to teach all 14 Qualifying Education and Continuing Education (CE/MCE ) courses. Pete was a Naval Aviator in Vietenam and was also a flight instructor. He is also the recipient of the Legion of Merit among other awards.

Karl Frey has been in the Real Estate business as a High Producing Agent and Regional Sales Manager and an Instructor of 100’s of agents. He earned his degrees from Zurich University in Switzerland.
Karl entered the Real Estate business and was agent with Century 21 Park One and became a Regional Manager of Collin County in Frisco when Century 21 Park One merged with Century 21 Judge Fite Company.
For four years he taught as a mentor with the Brian Buffini’s Peak Producer Program.
His Passion is to coach and help experienced Real Estate Agents to go to the next level and give new Agents a good start in the Business.
Karl is a Business Builder and has done so for 25 Years working as an International Marketing Manager in Manufacturing, Wholesale and Retail worldwide, expanding his company from Switzerland to 27 Countries in 3 continents.

Judy McKee started her career in residential real estate in 1972 and an Instructor in 1980. Judy’s major in college was business and real estate and has continued to educate herself throughout her career. She holds the following National and State designations, GRI, ABR, BPOR, CRB, CRS, GRI and TAHS has boosted her education and experience into dollars to raise her two children as a single parent.
Education has always been at the forefront of her career that chose to become an instructor for the Texas Association of REALTORS®, Texas Real Estate Commission, Nanci Hawes Real Estate School, Kaplan Real Estate School, Metrotex Association of REALTORS®, various title companies and with Real Estate Training and Technology.
As an Instructor, Judy shares her experience in classrooms so the students can identify with the real world of real estate. Her various courses include Contracts, Agency, TREC Legal I and II, Broker Responsibility Course and Pre-Licensing classes. National Association of REALTORS® courses are Broker Price Opinion, Short Sales and Professional Standards.

Earnest Spencer has been a practicing Texas Realtor since 1984 and a Broker since 2003. He graduated with a undergraduate degree in Science from Texas A&M University and a Masters of Science from Texas A&M University, with post graduate work in Education at Angelo State University and Business at McNeese State University.
For the last 30 plus years Mr Spencer has had considerable experience listing and selling residential and commercial real estate in addition owning/brokering several independent real estate companies. He has also had a very successful background investing in residential and commercial properties and holds a Texas Mortgage License first acquired in 2004 and actively originated Conventional, FHA and VA loans.
For the last 6 years Mr. Spencer was a Professor at Lamar State College and Panola College teaching real estate and other technical courses. He is certified by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) to teach all Pre-License courses, Sales Agent Apprentice Education (SAE) and Continuing Education (CE).
Mr. Spencer has a wide range of experience in teaching, real estate and associated disciplines. This background and knowledge provides others the opportunity to acquire a superior real estate education that will increase their probability of becoming successful real estate professionals.
Earnest and his wife JoAnn now reside in Plano, Texas. They have 4 grown children who also reside in Plano.
